1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SETKI Grid ("SETKI", "we", "our"), a data grid widget for Zoho CRM, developed and operated by an independent developer. By installing, accessing, or using SETKI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SETKI. You can contact us at: dev@setki.dev

2. Description of Service

SETKI is a widget that runs inside Zoho CRM via the official Zoho Embedded App SDK, providing inline cell editing, aggregations, and data visualization directly in Zoho CRM list views. SETKI requires an active Zoho CRM account and is not a standalone application.

3. Plans and Billing

3.1 Free Plan

Organizations with up to 3 assigned users have full access to SETKI's functionality at no charge, automatically, with no purchase required.

3.2 Pro Plan

Organizations that assign SETKI to 4 or more users require a Pro subscription. Pro is billed per assigned seat, purchased by your organization's administrator and assigned to specific Zoho users. Current pricing is published on setki.dev. The number of purchased seats is set by your administrator and is not automatically tied to your total Zoho CRM user count.

3.3 Payment Processing — LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record

All payments for Pro subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. This means LemonSqueezy — not SETKI — is the seller of record: it handles checkout, invoicing, applicable sales tax/VAT collection and remittance, subscription renewals, and payment method processing. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's own Terms of Use.

3.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests are handled by LemonSqueezy per their refund policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal; access continues until the end of the then-current billing period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan's access rules.

Removing the license key inside SETKI's settings panel is not the same as cancelling your subscription. It only disconnects the widget from checking that key and immediately reverts your organization to Free plan access rules — it does not stop billing. To stop being charged, cancel the subscription itself through the LemonSqueezy customer portal or by contacting dev@setki.dev.

3.5 Price Changes

We may change Pro pricing going forward. Changes will not retroactively apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SETKI within your Zoho CRM organization, solely for your own internal business purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in SETKI.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble SETKI, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• —Resell, sublicense, or redistribute SETKI or access to it to any third party
• —Circumvent or attempt to circumvent seat-based license restrictions
• —Use SETKI in any way that violates Zoho's own terms of service for CRM or the Marketplace

6. Your Zoho CRM Data

SETKI accesses your Zoho CRM records via the official Zoho CRM API to display them in the grid widget. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions governing the data in your Zoho CRM account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data SETKI processes and stores.

7. Intellectual Property

SETKI, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of its developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you, other than the limited license granted in Section 4.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep SETKI available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of SETKI at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect paying customers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SETKI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of SETKI. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using SETKI at any time by uninstalling it from your Zoho CRM organization and, if applicable, cancelling your Pro subscription through LemonSqueezy. We may suspend or terminate access to SETKI if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach after being notified.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a purchase transaction is separately governed by LemonSqueezy's own Terms of Use as Merchant of Record (Section 3.3).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SETKI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
