1. Who We Are

SETKI Grid ("SETKI", "we", "our") is a data grid widget for Zoho CRM, developed and operated by an independent developer. You can contact us at: dev@setki.dev

2. What Data We Process

2.1 Zoho CRM Data

SETKI accesses records from your Zoho CRM account (contacts, leads, deals, and other modules you configure) via the official Zoho CRM API in order to display them in the grid widget. SETKI does not persistently store your CRM records. Data is accessed directly from Zoho and rendered in your browser. SETKI does not retain CRM records beyond what is necessary to display them during your active session.

2.2 Seat Assignment Data

When an administrator assigns Pro seats to Zoho users, we store the Zoho user IDs of assigned users on our backend, hosted on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare KV, together with the associated license key. This data is used solely to determine which users have Pro access and can be changed or removed by your administrator at any time.

2.3 Widget Settings and Presets

Grid configuration (column layout, visible fields, tabs, and org-wide presets) is stored on our backend, hosted on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare KV, keyed to your organization. This data contains no Zoho CRM records — only display and layout preferences — and is retained until you change it or contact us to request deletion.

2.4 Purchase and Billing Data

Pro licenses are sold through LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), a third-party payment processor. Billing information (such as name, email, and payment details) is collected and managed by LemonSqueezy. SETKI receives only a license key and subscription status.

2.5 Technical and Operational Logs

We maintain technical logs for security monitoring, error diagnosis, and license validation. These logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, and license key identifiers. Our backend runs on Cloudflare's edge network (Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare KV), which processes requests from data centers close to where the request originates, worldwide. Data collected in logs is not used for marketing or profiling purposes.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data described above solely to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Technical operational data (license validation) is processed on Cloudflare's globally distributed edge network. By using SETKI, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own.

• —Widget settings and presets — stored on our Cloudflare backend; retained until changed by you or removed on request.

• —Technical logs — retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. To submit any privacy-related request or question, please contact us at dev@setki.dev and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's Privacy

SETKI is a B2B product intended for use by businesses and their employees. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SETKI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
